at Harold’s Corral

Rock the District is a student-led concert that showcases the many talented teen performers from Cave Creek and the surrounding area. RTD has grown considerably over the years, both in talent and in the audience, and remains a unique signature event. The money raised at RTD funds a Cave Creek Unified School District grant program sponsored by CCUEF. To date, CCUEF has awarded CCUSD classrooms over $300,000 in grants!

ROCK THE DISTRICT AUDITIONS
February 28, starting at 10 am

It’s that time of year….time to ROCK THE DISTRICT!! We are so excited to be gearing up for our 2026 event on May 2, 2026! Once signed up, you will receive a “What To Expect” email regarding the audition process,  letting you know how the process works, what we provide, what you need to bring., etc.

But a few points to get you started:

*Auditions are open to those in 5th – 12th grade.

*Each performer does 3 songs for auditions, they can be songs you wrote, or cover songs.. BUT they MUST be age-appropriate and NO FOUL LANGUAGE. These are the 3 songs that you will do at RTD.

*We bring in a full backline (drum kit, keyboard, amps) for all to use. You need to bring their own guitars, bass, drumsticks, cables, etc.

*Your entire group should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their time.

For additional questions regarding the audition process, please reach out to Stacy Nupoff at snupoff@gmail.com

We can’t wait to ROCK THE DISTRICT with you!!
