Meet The Team

The CCUEF Trustees are responsible for oversight of funds and how they will be appropriated.

Jessica Spencer - CCUEF Board

Jessica Spencer

President
2020 – Present

A mom of 2 students in the CCUSD district, Jessie has long been an engaged member of our educational community. She became involved in the Black Mountain Elementary PTO when her oldest was in Kindergarten, where she served for 9+ years as the PTO president at BMES. She is also the VP of the CSHS PTO for the 23/24 school year. Serving in this capacity, it became increasingly evident just how much our schools rely on the support of our community to make our kids’ educational experience exceptional. This prompted her to get involved at a district-wide level as a trustee on the CCUEF Board.

Outside of community involvement, Jessie has worked in the world of corporate talent acquisition for 15 years in industries ranging from sales/marketing to veterinary medicine and public relations to culinary arts. She has a passion for developing businesses by helping them find their next rock-star employees. Her two kiddos keep their family running from place to place and you can almost always find them at the local baseball/softball, soccer or lacrosse fields, coaching and/or cheering on their favorite student athletes!
