It`s our favorite day of the year! Today we were joined by students from @falconfoundation and made our way around CCUSD for Grant the District 2025! Thanks to our fundraising efforts and your support, we were able to grant over $73,000 to some very deserving CCUSD teachers! The teachers do not know we are coming to surprise them with this news and their enthusiasm and the student`s excitement are truly special. This is why we do what we do! Want to support our mission? After careful consideration, we have decided to reimagine Play for the District. Instead of a standalone event this fall, we’re excited to share that the spirit of this new event will be rolled into one of our most beloved traditions — Run the District — happening on January 24, 2026! 🏃♀️🏃♂️✨
By combining these efforts, we’re creating one large-scale event with multiple ways for students, families, and community members to get involved. This pivot allows us to maximize the impact of the event for all of our supporters and, most importantly, for CCUSD students and educators. 💙🤍
Stay tuned for more details on how you can “Run and Play for the District” with us in January. We can’t wait to see our community come together for a day of fun, fitness, and celebration — all in support of our schools!
